Here's just a couple questions I've been asked so far, I'll add more as they come in. Feel free to reach out if you don't see a question or answer you are looking for.

One of the biggest tactics in this industry is to offer clients a VERY low rate and advertise it as it applies to all card types. Hint: It doesn't. Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and AmEx all have different fees. There are additional fees for the various sub-cards under each of the card companies. So, maybe you are getting a really low rate for a Visa Hotel Rewards card, but for all other Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and AmEx cards you are given a higher rate. It's better to let me check your actual rates for you than assuming you get a low rate for all card types.


In this industry, there are a multitude of ways for merchants to tack on ancillary fees left and right. If there are specific fees, charges, etc that you would like to learn more about please reach out. I'll answer for it you. Regardless if you want to switch to me or not. One of my clients was paying a monthly fee to "rent" their card terminal for almost 10 years. The cost of that card terminal was paid off after maybe the first 4 months of paying that fee. Think of how much money was lost in the span of 10 years. With me, I'll remove every single fee I possibly can. 


No. These companies are essentially an all-in-one company that wants to handle everything. They are typically high-end looking machines, offer great services, but come at a cost. Higher rates, fees, and/or locked in to long term contracts with a high fee for early cancellation. I can show you alternatives that look no different, provide the same functionality, and I'll be able to offer you the lowest prices possible.


It depends on the type of machines you have. There are instances where you can keep what you currently have. But, this is all reviewed on a case by case basis since there are thousands of machines to choose from. Also, I find a lot of businesses are essentially "renting" their machine when they could own it and not have to pay a constant monthly fee for it. We will discuss the options together and I'll give you my recommendation.


Super easy and simple. Reach out to me and let me understand your pain points, what you like, what you don't like, or what you wish could be done better. If you're someone who wants to get down to business, simply provide me a copy of your most recent monthly processing statement and I'll let you know how much savings you could get. If you cannot find a copy of your most recent processing statement I will help you as best that I can. Otherwise, we'll just utilize a monthly average processing volume and total transactions to work on getting you pricing.


Everything is done online to make things as fast as possible. If you prefer to do traditional paperwork, no worries! We can do that too. When filling everything out digitally, we can get everything approved within 24-48hrs in most cases. I can also typically get new machines (if that's the route you take) shipped to you within that same timeframe too after bank approval. 


Most likely this is done because your current merchant is trying to make extra money off you. They probably saw you take more debit payments than card payments so they entice you with lower credit card fees, but give you higher debit fees. Since your business takes more debit card purchases, it doesn't matter that you have lower credit card fees. At the end of the month you are still paying too much in fees. This is varies and I would need to see your statement to be sure.
